Alcohol treatment essment?

My fiance is going in for an essment tomorrow for alcoholism at a local treatment center. I'm petrified of what they are going to say but think I am that way because I don't know what to expect from the appointment. What are they going to do tomorrow? Just ask a bunch of questions? Will they take a urine or blood test? Has anybody been through this or done an essment and knows whats going to happen?
