Any play ideas for a Co-ed 2 hand touch football league?

I am looking for some interesting, but simple plays for one of my co-ed 2 hand touch football teams. We are allowed one blitz for every 4 downs, and the team breakdown is 8 players on each side- 3 girls and 5 guys. every third play must be to a girl or use a girl QB. No blocking is allowed. Most of our guys are taller (shortest is 5 ft 10), we have a decent QB and most everyone on the team has at least a basic understanding of the game and can run well. One of the other girls and I can run well enough to catch a long ball, but we have to be absolutely open to do so as she is only 5 ft 3 and I am only 5 ft. tall. This is a new team and we are in a more competitive league. We only lost by one touchdown in our first game. We have a game tomorrow and I would love to come up with some plays that might help us learn how to work together and win.
