Alltel prepaid cell phone help!?

I need help, i cant seem to figure some things out about this plan. I want to choose the plan were you get to choose to bonus features so i can choose unlimited textin and unlimited nights and weekends, but how much does that all cost and whn i added it to the cart, i picked the FREE phone and then it said 35 dollar activation fee..wjat does tht mean??? and with alltel do you refill with like cards you buy in stores or do you actually have to pay 20 dollars, i am confused. PLEASE HELP. Will it be the 20 dollar cards a month and thn would i have to pay for those seperate features too? PLZ plz help me!
