What to get to make 6 dics cd player in truck?

my brother gave me a 6 dics cd changer. but the problem is it what setup for a car. i only have the changer and it has a really big connection on it to hook up to something. i have a dodge truck. my question is? what do i need to get to get it to hook up to my truck/ i know nothing about radios in truck. i have just a radio that came in the truck. is there any way to get hooked up in my truck. oh and it has no remote.
