WHAT MOVIE IS THISs???????/?

was watching a movie. It looked fairly recent. I just dont know what the title was. It was on MOJO hd sat night. The only scene I saw was a Man was waiting for a parkin and someone took his spot. He ended up parking in a handicap spot and then went into a cinema and the show was sold out. He went to get his car and it was towed. Then he went to the peoples car that took his spot and broke the window and pissed in teh car?? What movie is this any help please@!!!!!!!
