Are these tension headaches how do you rid of them?

I have tried every pain reliever. I get reallly bad headaches all over my face whole head and neck. They are unbearable. Please any advice. I am on anxiety medicine and I know chewing nicotine gum is bad but trying to stop smoking. Even my eyes ache........
