How do mages work?

I had few friends the been going to a mage pallor and getting a mages. they say that it helps your get bigger. i don't know if that's true. but more a relaxation to me. So do the mages make your s get big and what i wear to one. most of my friends wear like a skimpy bikini top or one of those mini spandex tubes?
