How do you get state aid?

I have about 30,000$ of debt in medical bills, cant pay for RX, doctor visits, my father makes 32$ an hour, but he is an and refuses to help me financially. i just had lumbar discectomy in march, and gall bladder surgery last week. i need xanax and paxil, and am considering suicide. please help! thank you very much, God bless. PS i ONLY want state aid for medical needs.
