Barak does not consider "Rev" Wright to be a bigot, he knows the hatred that has been spewed from the pulpit. He considers this man to be his uncle, has allowed his children to be brought up in this church, listening and studying the venom spewed by his spiritual leader. Why would Barak have stayed for twenty years and given thousands of dollars to this church if he did not believe in the word? Do not be fooled, the evil rich white man of which Wright spoke does not include Ted Kennedy, George Soros, John Kerry, Michael Moore, Bill Clinton (the first black president) or any of the other progressive liberals, it includes all middle cl white men, non-conforming people of color, all republicans, conservatives, jews et. al.
