Panthers Best of the NFC?

well...okay..now the PANTHERS are 2-0 without Steve Smith( who was suspended for you know...ughh...violence behavior on the football practice(punch). Now he is back, and Jake Delhomme is healthy ( Jake is the most under-rated Quarterback in the NFL) are the panthers stronger than ever? Panthers have survived on last second 4th quarter comeback, with much of a rushing game than ping, but now when their best player ( Steve Smith) comes back, are they the best?!
