Temperature In Jamaica and .......?

Okk, So im going on a cruise to Jamaica and Cayman Islands and I wanted to know the average temp. in Mid-February. When is it most likely to rain in Jamaica and what are the chances of rain on February. Would it be a good time to tan and get color on Feb. or no? Opinions and experiences.
