What is the best way to remove wall paper?

You could use a water sprayer like you would use for plants. Then squirt water on to the wallpaper letting it soak into the paper then spray a little more water on the wallpaper and use a wide metal putty knife about, 3 or 4 inches wide, to sc off the wallpaper. Spray the water and let it soak in as you go along.
