1998 Chrysler Concorde Automatic Temperature Control problem?

The air conditioning and defrost light on the dash control module automaticaticall come on and when shutting system off, will restart on its own. Unable to set temperature and must remove the dash control unit plug and fuse for the blower motor. Dash controls and blower control unit have been replaced.
