34 weeks pregnant , pain in right side of ribs?

I had that too, but it was on the left side, the doctor said it was from the baby kicking me (probably while I was sleeping) that must have caused a bruise and now whenever baby kicks it, it hurts more. Plus, any pressure I put on it makes it worse, but she said this was normal.
