Is McCain "confused" when it comes to Iran?

The prospect of a McCain presidency scares me to the point where I will leave the country if he is elected. I find it funny that Obama gets slammed for his lack of experience, when McCain constantly makes statements that would make you think he has absolutely no experience in anything at all.
